What we collect
Your email and sign-in data (handled by our authentication provider, Clerk); the portfolios, transactions, files, scenarios and research you create; billing status from Stripe (we never see full card numbers); and basic request logs (time, path, status) for reliability.
AI processing
When you use the assistant or AI import, the relevant content is sent to our AI model provider to produce the answer. Before sending files we strip obvious identifiers such as email addresses, account numbers and phone numbers where possible, and send only what the task needs. Content from your files is treated as data and cannot change what the assistant is allowed to do.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, use your holdings or prompts for advertising, or share private portfolios. Shared links contain only what you choose to publish and can be revoked.
Retention and deletion
Your records stay until you delete them or your account. Uploaded source files are kept so you can re-check an import. You can export your records at any time and request account deletion in Settings; we confirm the scope before deleting.
